If you have your own domain name or sub-domain name (i.e. support.yoursite.com) that you would like to point to your installation of ReadyDesk, check this box. If you do not have a domain name, do not check this box and you will access ReadyDesk with a url like www.readydeskhosted.com/companyname.
The mobile version is a scaled down version of the regular technician and administration interfaces. You can completely control ReadyDesk from the mobile admin console, or handle tickets, view and add/edit/delete assets, view support articles, join and interact with chat sessions and more from the technician interface on your mobile devices.
The unbranded option removes the "Powered by ReadyDesk" text and logos from the customer portal and live chat window.
ReadyDesk uses an MS Access database by default, which is included at no extra cost. You can upgrade to SQL Server at any time after you purchase.
ReadyDesk can be setup to use MS SQL Server for superior performance and stability. For an additional fee of we will setup and maintain a SQL Server database for use with your installation of ReadyDesk.
If, for example, you have 50 technicians but only 10 technicians will be logged in at the same time, you only need 10 technician licenses. You can add all 50 technicians into ReadyDesk, and any 10 of those can be logged in at the same time. If one or more technicians forget to log out before leaving their workstation and you need to free up a login, you can do a forced log out from the admin console.
You can purchase additional licenses at any time if you find that you need to have more technicians logged in at the same time.
