I don't know what I'd do without ReadyDesk now.

I purchased ReadyDesk because I have a computer consulting business for educators, as well as work as a technology coordinator in a school district.
This year I instituted the system whereby all problems must go through ReadyDesk. At first some of the teachers grumbled about having to fill them out a ticket on-line instead of just stopping me in the hallway to complain, I mean to submit their request. However, once they started using it they saw how more efficiently their problems were handled. Also, they really like the auto email feature so that they can keep track of their tickets.
After a few reminders in the beginning teachers, support staff, and administrators are really getting into the habit of using the ticket system. For me, it has cut down on my stress level and helped me to keep better organized.
Also, the report feature really helps me to show that I'm not just sitting at my computer surfing the net or playing games all day. I don't know what I'd do without ReadyDesk now.
I looked at a number of other helpdesk programs from free to very expensive. For the money, I can't find a better product. And when I had problems with installing the update the support was tremendous. In fact they did it for me! Thanks again for a great product!
