A Technician is a member of your support staff that will be
logging in to support your end users.
You can create an unlimited number of technicians in
your installation of ReadyDesk. The license size simply limits the number of technicians that can be logged in at the same time.
Your Customers are your end users that you will be
supporting. Customers do not need licenses and there are no limits to how many users you can support or how much data you need to track. This includes customer accounts, tickets, chat sessions, remote desktop session assets and more. There are literally NO data limits!
