ReadyDesk. The license size simply limits the number of
technicians that can be logged in at the same time. A
Technician is a member of your support staff that will be
logging into ReadyDesk to work support tickets and handle
Your Customers are your end users that you will be
supporting. Customers do not need licenses and there are no
limits on how many customers, tickets and chat sessions you
can track in ReadyDesk.
