These system requirements only apply to the downloadable version. All hosted accounts already meet the system requirements, and there is nothing additional needed.
- Operating System
All versions of Windows that include the IIS web server. This includes Windows 2000, 2000 Server, 2003 Server, 2008 Server (including R2), Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 (including R2) and Windows Server 2016. Both 32 bit and 64 bit servers are supported.
- Database
MS Access, MS SQL Server (2000 and above), SQL Server Express (2005 and above)
All of the latest versions of SQL Server are fully supported.
- Software
The .Net framework, version 4.0 or higher.
This is pre-installed on Windows 8 and above, and is freely downloadable from Microsoft for older operating systems.

Email to Ticket Processing
